Orders

Placing an order on houseofhavya.com reserves the pieces for you. We hold them for 2 days while we wait for your payment; after that the order is cancelled and the pieces go back on sale.

Payment

We accept Zelle only. Your order page shows the exact amount and where to send it. Please put your order number in the Zelle memo so we can match your payment.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Some pieces say "ask for price"; message us and we will tell you before you order.

Shipping

We ship within the USA only, after your payment arrives. Your order page shows tracking once your parcel ships.

Returns and exchanges

We do not take returns or exchanges. Please record an unboxing video when your parcel arrives: we need it to look at any claim.
