Who we are
House of Havya LLC runs houseofhavya.com, an online shop for Indian ethnic wear that ships within the USA. Questions about this policy: message us on Instagram @houseofhavya or email houseofhavya@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address (optional), shipping address and any note you add, plus what you ordered.
- When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo from your Google account. We never see your Google password.
- In your browser only: your bag and the details you typed at checkout, so they are there next time. They stay on your device.
Why we use it
- To take your order, confirm your Zelle payment, ship your pieces and send you order updates by email or WhatsApp.
- To show your past orders when you sign in.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Signing in with Google
Signing in is optional; you can always order as a guest. If you choose "Continue with Google", we ask Google only for your basic profile (the openid, email and profile permissions) and receive:
- your name, to greet you and prefill your order details;
- your email address, and whether Google has confirmed it, to find your past orders and send you order updates;
- your profile photo address, to show it on your account page;
- a Google account number, so we recognise you the next time you sign in.
We do not ask for or receive your Google password, contacts, Gmail, Drive, calendar or any other Google data. We store these details in our order database on Cloudflare and use them only to run your account and orders. We do not sell them, share them with anyone else, use them for advertising, or use them to train AI models.
Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove our access at any time from your Google account connections; if you also want your account deleted, ask us and we will delete it within 30 days.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores order data.
- Resend sends our order emails.
- Shippo creates shipping labels and tracking, so it receives your name, shipping address and phone number.
- Google provides sign-in when you choose it.
Payments are made directly between you and us through Zelle in your bank app. This website never sees your bank details.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, shipping questions and our business records. Sign-in sessions end after 30 days without a visit. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your Google sign-in details within 30 days and keep only what we must keep for past orders.
Security
The website uses HTTPS everywhere. Your order details can be seen only by you (through your private order link or your account) and by the shop owner, and sign-in cookies cannot be read by other websites or scripts.
Children
Our shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us on Instagram or by email. You can sign out of your account from the account page.
